2022-2025 Strategic Plan

Good afternoon,

On behalf of the Canadian Cerebral Palsy Sports Association (Boccia Canada), we are excited to share with you our new 2022-2025 Strategic Plan. The plan outlines a clear path for the organization over the next three years and reflects the feedback provided through extensive consultation with our stakeholders over the past several months.

The strategy includes five Key Areas of Focus, each of which includes specific Achievements and Initiatives. Refinements have been made to our Vision, Mission, and Values, to provide clarity on what do we aspire to be, what do we do, and what are our core beliefs.

The Strategic Planning process was guided by Sheffe Consulting and included a survey with stakeholders including National Boccia Team athletes, performance partners, national level referees, classifiers, Provincial Boccia Partners, other partners, Board of Directors, Committee Chairs, staff, and funders. Further consultation was held with a Virtual Working Group which included a subsection of the stakeholder groups referenced. We are truly appreciative to everyone who participated in the process and provided their thoughtful feedback about the CCPSA’s strengths, opportunities for improvement, challenges, roles, and bold ideas.

We hope the 2022-2025 Strategic Plan will inspire our stakeholders to participate and contribute to the Organizations’ success over the next several years.

Thank you for your continued support.

Sincerely,

Peter Leyser
Executive Director
