Dr. Sylvain Gaudet
With a master’s degree in Sport Performance Analysis and a PhD in Physical Activity Sciences on the detection of chronic shoulder injuries in sport, Sylvain joined the INS Quebec in May 2018. As a true sports enthusiast, he has a decade of experience as an athlete on the senior national handball team and several years’ participation as coach. Sylvain is very interested in training load and performance monitoring; he combines his expertise in performance analysis and physical capability assessmentto identify key performance indicators to minimize the risk of injury and optimize athlete performance.
